Entrepreneur Hub

The Entrepreneur Hub connects companies building cardiology AI with hospitals and practices willing to evaluate those tools in real clinical settings.

Every evaluation can generate evidence that, once published, informs the Registry. Sites join free.

How it works

  1. 1Startup applicationThe company submits a structured profile: clinical problem, intended use, regulatory stage, data needs, integration requirements, and what kind of evaluation it seeks (usability, retrospective validation, prospective silent-mode, or pilot deployment).
  2. 2Site networkHospitals and practices join free and describe their capabilities: imaging and ECG volumes, EHR and PACS, IRB access, research staff, and the clinical areas they want to evaluate.
  3. 3AI-assisted matching, human-confirmedThe Engine proposes matches on fit (clinical area, data, infrastructure, stage). A program lead confirms each introduction. Sites always choose whether to proceed.
  4. 4Evaluation toolkitTemplate evaluation protocols, a data-use agreement and pilot agreement checklist, IRB and FDA pathway guidance, and Research Methods Hub reporting templates, so studies produce publishable, credible evidence.
  5. 5OutcomeResults belong to the parties under their own agreements. With their consent, completed and published evaluations are added to the Registry evidence record like any other publication.

What the Hub does not do

  • It does not receive, store, or process patient data. All data stays between the site and the company under their own agreements.
  • It does not route payments to physicians or sites, and its fees never depend on a study's results or on whether a site buys the product.
  • It gives members no advantage in the Registry, Atlas, grades, or editorial coverage.
